Cards don’t have to be sent only on special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, or holidays. Sometimes it’s important to send a card to encourage someone. This card is one example of an encouragement card.
I created this A2 card (4 ¼ x 5 ½ inch) out of Recollections white 110lb cardstock. I found a bright yellow cardstock in my huge stash of scrapbook papers and cardstock. I simply ran it through my Gemini Jr. using my sunflower cutting die. I glued it to my card base using Bearly Art precision glue. It has such a fine tip for these delicate lines.
To finish the card off, I chose the sentiment ‘you’re one of a kind’ and stamped it in the top right corner using VersaFine Clair Nocturne ink and embossed it using Recollections clear embossing powder.
The card is blank inside leaving lots of room for writing your own personal message to your one of a kind friend or loved one.
