Hey friends, I’m back with another card. Today I chose to make a very simple card with only stamping, no embossing this time. I love how it turned out although I really am a sucker for embossing. This card was so quick to make it nearly surprised me.
The A2 card base (4 ¼ x 5 ½ inch) is made from blue Recollections 110lb cardstock from the Ocean pack. The card front as well as the inside panel are made from a lighter blue Recollections 110lb cardstock from the same Ocean pack, both cut to 4 x 5 ¼ inches.
For the card front, I used my large daisy stamp to stamp the image using VersaFine Clair Warm Breeze ink. I stamped a small ‘I’ll always stand by you’ sentiment in the bottom right hand corner using the same ink.
Like I said, super simple to make, yet still so beautiful. I sometimes have to remind myself that not every card needs to be heat embossed. This is a stunning card to receive just as it is.
